CCOS® Platform: Complete control and automation of inventories

All systems are connected to our web platform CCOS®, which is capable of managing products, machines, employees, users, managers, replenishments, and all types of material or document movements. Thanks to it, you will have the ability to automate inventory management and control all product entries and exits unattended.

Our systems can send all user-generated information and receive external commands in real time. To achieve this, we use our own secure communications, eliminating the need for WIFI or network cables. Customer security and convenience come first.

You will have real-time access to everything happening in the system, both from the perspective of products and personnel.

You can access the platform from any device without the need to install an application on a computer. You will also have access to our mobile app.

We offer a detailed permission system that lets you assign unique permissions to each employee, specifying the types of products they can access, the duration, and the quantity. To streamline the process, we include the Profile Creator feature, which allows managing all employees with the same type of permissions simultaneously.

The system automatically sends alerts to the industrial supply to notify about restocking needs, streamlining and optimizing stock management. These alerts are fully customizable.

tequipo's machines can dispense PPE, of course, but that’s really just the beginning. We have projects exclusively for PPE but also for all kinds of consumables. With the isylocker® automatic cabinet range and our warehouse management systems, all consumables, assets, tools, spare parts, MRO, and even PPE can be controlled by our systems.

If there are, say, 100 million vending machines in the world, 99.9 million are spiral machines. Surely not everyone is wrong or foolish. Spiral machines ensure reliability and robustness, along with virtually zero maintenance. But, of course, the project must be done correctly and professionally managed. These are some of our core values; at tequipo, we take care of our projects, our clients, and ensuring that our machines always function perfectly.

Our system has an incident rate well below 1%. Almost all of these incidents are resolved remotely. It is common for us to detect a problem in one of our machines using our machine performance monitoring system before the user even notices. Many of these incidents are resolved without our clients knowing there was an issue. We have made significant design and development efforts to ensure that if an incident cannot be resolved remotely, our equipment is plug-and-play (connect and go). This way, one unit can be replaced with another in under 30 seconds, ready to continue. When nothing works, our clients know we will be there the next day to solve the problem. tequipo doesn’t have idle machines—that’s our commitment.

High-turnover items are those used by many people many times. We often find situations where items like hard hats, screwdrivers, or a multimeter are identified as high-turnover items simply because their purchase volume puts them at the top of lists. However, this does not mean they have high turnover. These are materials or consumables that, like footwear, may only be dispensed once a year. While there may be many units, this is not high turnover. Vending machines should be used for high-turnover products—products that are used by many people frequently. This ensures vending machine projects are highly profitable and beneficial.

We have made great efforts to develop everything we use. We design and manufacture our sheet metal products, design and manufacture our electronic boards, and design and produce all our software.
